Network Operation Center

Acting as a first responder unit, the NOC Services team rapidly identifies, addresses, and fixes any ticket or issue that may arise. Following the initial response and action, a separate datacenter resolution team investigates what caused the situation and recommends any preventative measures to limit future occurrences. By keeping these teams separate, Phoenix NAP is able to keep focus on both rapid correction and long term prevention of issues while maximizing the efficiencies of both teams.
Staff Certifications
Members of the Phoenix NAP NOC Services team hold a variety of industry-specific certifications. By maintaining such a high degree of training, our NOC technicians and engineers are able to knowledgeably respond to tickets and address any issues.

We understand that not everyone is necessarily going to be able to have their own staff in the facility's office spaces, and we make several remote hands services available, including:

Upon request, additional datacenter operations tasks can be performed for clients, including secure short-term storage of client equipment (less than 30 days), assistance with equipment procurement, and cabling between client servers and our facility's cross-connect room.
