High Density

Phoenix NAP provides highly personalized levels of service to all clients to help ensure needs are successfully met.

High Density Colocation

As a high density data center, Phoenix NAP incorporates four, 10 megawatt feeds and is capable of providing power densities of 200+ watts per sq. ft. This allows us to maximize efficiencies while leveraging ladder racking, making it possible to use 100 percent of your rack real-estate and eliminate unused space due to power limitations. As depicted to the right, this isn't necessarily always the case with other data centers.

Power Options

Phoenix NAP offers a truly diverse power infrastructure with no shared power distribution between sides A and B. This primary and redundant power configuration (2 divergent distribution paths) eliminates any single point of failure in power delivery, providing stability for the most critical of loads. Conversely, a primary only (single distribution path), may be subject to possible power failures due to equipment or single points of failure within the electrical distribution after the UPS and generators' redundancy. Furthermore, to better meet the varying needs of your power requirements, a variety of options are available for your servers, including:

  • 120 and 208 volt
  • Single-phase and three-phase
  • 20 – 100 amps

Our data center also offers an aggressive service level agreement (SLA) for true redundant power configurations and automatic transfer switch configurations for equipment without redundant power supplies. These services are available in all cabinet and cage configurations.
